SINUMERIK专用后置处理器

业已开发的ICAM专用NC后置处理器用于优化SIEMENS SINUMERIK的控制。这种优化通过对高级机床特性的支持,例如对刀尖编程(TRAORI)、坐标系变换(ROT, TRANS...)NURBS插值与拟合(B-样条和多项式)、点到点的圆弧拟合(B- 样条和多项式)等。ICAM后置处理器具有避免停留痕迹超界位移高级超前优化特点,例如刀具轨迹规划和旋转轴预先定位/盘绕。 ICAM后置处理器还可以在外形轮廓加工时预先设定必要的旋转轴偏转。

Sinumerik CAM-POST版本是ICAM公司先前推出的通用CAM-POST软件的改版,并支持着840D控制系统以下的特殊功能:

1.局部坐标系编程。能从刀具轴的任意方向开始,对2.5D零件进行加工程序的汇编。
以回转刀具中心为基准
(RTCP)进行加工程序的汇编。根据840D控制系统的变换刀尖方向(TRAORI)的编程功能,精确地确定刀尖位置。这样可以简化5D零件的加工程序的编制和快速实行刀具补偿。

2.实行以零件圆心(CIP)为基准进行编程和能对双曲面NURBS(非均匀有理B样条)实行内插补
CAM-POST通过使用840D控制系统和专门设计的Cycle832Cycle800指令,对高速加工进行加工程序汇编和进行坐标系变换。通过提供一个直观的对话框,选择有关参数,比如准确地停机状态或时间、加速度值、执行前馈控制和进行数据处理等,然后综合这些信息进入到一个专门的循环程序中。
